Pets Policy

We welcome your furry friends and want your stay at TLL to be comfortable and hassle-free. Please read and agree to the following pet guidelines to help us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone:

1. Pets only allowed in Nambucca Heads Unit Y18.
2. All guests must read, understand, and comply with the terms outlined in this Pet Agreement.
3. Decisions regarding pet accommodation are at the discretion of TLL and the Park Manager. Their judgement is final.
4. All pets must be fully vaccinated and toilet trained.
5. All pets must be listed on your booking and shown on the booking confirmation. Only pets included in the booking will be allowed on site. Maximum of 2 pets per cabin. Failure to disclose pets prior to arrival will result in immediate departure without refund.
6. Pet owners take full responsibility for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses caused by their pets. You must pay for any costs incurred due to your pet’s actions.
7. All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception upon arrival.
8. Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins.
9. Pets must never be left unattended. When outside your cabin, pets must be on a secure leash at all times.
10. Pets must not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other guests and residents. Barking, excess noise or aggressive behaviour will result in instant departure and no refund of cabin fees.
11. For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds, and lagoon areas.
12. Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste in an appropriate manner. Please use the bins provided.
13. We recommend that you bring your pet’s bedding for added comfort.
14. TLL reserves the right to discontinue pet-friendly cabins at any time without notice.
15. The cabin must be left clean and tidy, with all pet hair removed from furniture and surfaces.
